Yoga and Acupuncture Mini-Retreat

Feel nurtured with our Winter Yoga and Acupuncture Mini-Retreat at the beautiful Mona Vale SLSC on Sunday, 24th August.

Suzie Taylor, Yoga Teacher and Katika Funnell, Acupuncturist, are collaborating for this event.

You will be treated to a 60 minute session of yin yoga and acupressure massage, activating the winter yin meridians of kidney and bladder. You will then experience a relaxing acupuncture treatment by Katika, who will set you up with three acupuncture points linked to the season of winter. Whilst you're relaxing into your acupuncture treatment, you will be led through a deep yoga nidra practice by Suzie.

At the end of the yoga and acupuncture session, join us for Nepalese chai tea and bliss balls where you can enjoy quiet contemplation or connection with the other attendees.
