Yin Yoga and Acupuncture Mini-Retreat

Nurture yourself this winter with our Yin and Acupuncture Mini-Retreat at the beautiful Mona Vale SLSC on Sunday, 30th August from 10am until midday!

This workshop will focus on stillness, introspection and rebuilding, through activation of the urinary bladder meridian. Our kidney meridian focus will help improve vitality in the body. Together, the kidney and urinary bladder meridians' focus will enable willpower and emotional balance combined with rest and slow movements to nourish the body's internal energy.

We will commence with our softening yin class led by Suzie, combined with gentle acupressure massage given by Katika. You will seamlessly transition from yin yoga into a deeply relaxing acupuncture session where Katika will administer seasonal acupuncture points comfortably into each attendee. You will then be led through a long yoga nidra session incorporating the delightful sounds of Balinese Percussion Instruments.
