Yoga

Yoga is about union of the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga is my place of calm, stillness and quiet where I work through the physical postures to limber, stretch, strengthen and breathe.

Yoga gives you space and time to return to yourself, letting go of worries, responsibilities, anxieties and thoughts.

For me, yoga is a daily ritual that resets my nervous system.

Yoga on a physical level, improves my posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and range of movement.

Yoga is a practice that can help everyone, despite your current limitations or restrictions.

Bali

Bali is one of my favourite places to visit. I have found a strong spiritual connection to Ubud. It feels like a second home, a place of rest, meditation and connectedness with self and other yogis.

I find Bali is a place of healing and renewing and I keep returning to it year after year.

Taking your yoga with you everywhere

I have been taking my yoga mat with me wherever I go for decades, whether it be an overnight stay or an overseas trip. Here is a photo from a few years ago practising yoga on a rooftop on the Greek Island, Serifos.
