Cancellation Policy

If you are a new client, please fill out the New Client Form prior to your appointment. This is located on the Menu Bar. * Massage therapists are required to have a parent, legal guardian or caregiver present at all times during treatment of persons under 18. * Late cancellation fees apply: Cancellations made between 25-48 hours of your appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur the full 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
