  1. Your Daily Experience on our Yoga Retreat


Learn the traditional yoga practices of hatha, explore yin and restorative yoga, learn a variety of breathing practices and meditations.


Begin each day with a 60 minute morning yoga practice, suitable for all levels. Each class will be different and offer a different theme, eg. strengthening hatha, balance, softening yin, slow-flow, restorative yoga, etc.


Enjoy your complimentary breakfast prepared by our personal chef to nourish you each day.


After breakfast, take your time to go with your flow. Listen to what you need and want and follow your heart. You may wish to be still and take the time to re-energise or you may want to go out and explore.

There are so many things to do in Bali! Relax by the pool, go for a rice paddy walk, hop on a motorbike taxi or car taxi and explore nearby Ubud markets, boutique shops, temples, cooking classes, Pyramids of Chi, Yoga Barn, waterfalls, Monkey Forest, white water rafting, quad biking, and more!


Discover our beautiful private massage room adjoining the pool, yoga shala and rice paddies available for our personal use. Suzie is available for remedial or relaxation massage treatments throughout the retreat and/or we can arrange a Balinese massage therapist to come to the villa.


Meet us back at the villa for our late afternoon yoga or meditation session. Here you will engage in slower practices such as restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, sharing circles and singing. This time is perfect for unwinding, reflecting on your day, and preparing you for a restful sleep.


You can prepare dinner in the kitchen, a chef can be booked to come and cook for us, you can eat at a nearby restaurant or we can order take away! Again, there are so many options to choose from.


Spend time connecting with others on our retreat or explore on your own. Follow your heart and your interests for these special 7 days in Bali.


For this retreat we have a beautiful 10 bed private villa with a gorgeous swimming pool, contemporary furnishings and lush surrounds of rice paddies and palm trees. We have a private yoga shala for all our yoga practices and a private massage room.


All 5 twin-share bedrooms have ensuites and there are two room options available:

  1. Interior Luxury Twin-Share Bedroom with Ensuite, $1,000 per person

  2. Pool-View Luxury Twin-Share Bedroom with Ensuite, $1,200 per person.


    Come as a solo traveller, with a friend, family member or partner. All welcome!
