About the event
Suzie from Studio 5 Mona Vale and Steph from Sounds of Serenity are collaborating for this beautiful evening of yoga and sound. You will be led through a flow of softening yin yoga poses, followed by an indulgence in your sense of sound with Steph's creation of percussion, Native American Drum Voice, gong and Tibetan and crystal bowls. To bring your energy levels back to a harmonious state, to conclude, you will be led through a quietening yoga nidra to relax you deeply.
